1. About these terms
This platform is operated by Vostok Meridian Limited under the VMetro brand. By submitting the driver registration form you accept these terms.
2. What registration means
Registration records your interest in VMetro driver programmes and places your details in our assessment database. It is not an application, an offer, or a contract. It does not guarantee financing, employment, engagement as a driver, or allocation of any vehicle. Any future arrangement would require separate written agreements and further checks.
3. Accuracy of information
You agree that the information you give is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false information may result in removal from the database.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Nigeria to register. You should be driving, or intending to drive, commercially.
5. No fees
Registration is free. VMetro and Vostok Meridian Limited will never request payment for registration, priority, or approval. Report any such request to us immediately.
6. Acceptable use
You may not submit registrations on behalf of others without their permission, submit automated or repeated entries, or attempt to interfere with the security of this platform. We may restrict access where misuse is suspected.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or withdraw this platform or any programme at any time. We may update these terms; the version published here applies to your use of the platform.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
